Festool SYS3 Rails – Pack of 8

Description

SYS3 rails are the simplest, most affordable way to create a custom racking system for your SYS3 Systainers. Simply build a cabinet in the specified size and screw in the rails on each side. This set of eight rails is enough to create storage for four SYS3 Systainers.

Mounting screws for the SYS3 are nto included.We recommend #10 x 5/8″ round head or pan head screws. TheseSpax # 10 x 5/8″ pan head screwsshould work well.

Cabinet Dimensions

These are the key dimensions for a cabinet to use SYS3 Rails – using 18mm (3/4″) plywood. See a diagram in theinformation sheet below.

• Inside Depth — 380mm (15″)
• Inside Width (Series M) — 418mm (16-29/64″)
• Inside Width (Series L) — 530mm (20-55/64″)
• Top and Bottom Clearance — 13mm (33/64″)
  (This is the clearance required above the top Systainer and below the bottom Systainer in the cabinet.)
• Maximum Outside Height — 1000mm (39″)
  (Festool’s recommendation.)

SYS3 Rails ARE NOT compatible with T-Loc or Classic Systainers
