Veritas Improved Micro-Adjust Rod
Improved Micro Adjust Rod for updating the standard Veritas Marking Wheel Gauges. The adjustment mechanism knob is at the rear of the stainless-steel rod and moves the cutter forward and back. It is very intuitive to use. After setting the approximate projection, you can fine-tune the position of the cutter within a range of 1/4″. A fine-pitch internal thread allows slow, careful adjustment, so setting the gauge precisely is a snap. Locking knob keeps the setting from shifting in use. No measurement markings on the stainless-steel rod.
