Veritas Dado Shims
These cleverly slotted shims can be dropped onto your 5/8″ saw arbor (with tweezers or a hemostat) without having to remove and replace the cutters.Color coded by thickness, the 14-piece set includes four each .02″, .01″ & .002″, and two .005″.(Note: as with any rigid shims, be sure you don’t seat a shim in the arbor threads where it might prevent adequate tightening of the arbor nut.)
