HOW TO USE:

1. Remove the Existing Gauges and Dash Panel: Carefully detach the factory gauges and the existing dash panel from your military Humvee. Ensure the vehicle’s power is disconnected before starting.
2. Install the New Dash Panel: Mount the included Speedhut 6-gauge dash panel into the designated location. Ensure it is securely fastened.
3. Connect the Gauges:
   • GPS Speedometer: Connect the power (18-36V) and ground wires. Mount the waterproof GPS antenna in a location with a clear view of the sky and connect it to the speedometer.
   • Diesel Tachometer: Connect the power and ground wires. Locate the “A/C,” “W,” or “R” terminal on the OEM alternator and connect the tachometer signal wire to it.
   • Water Temperature Gauge: Connect the power and ground wires. Ensure the gauge is properly connected to the existing OEM water temperature sensor.
   • 18-36 Volt Gauge: Connect the power and ground wires to a suitable 18-36V power source in your vehicle.
   • Oil Pressure Gauge: Connect the power and ground wires. Ensure the gauge is properly connected to the existing OEM oil pressure sensor.
   • Fuel Level Gauge: Connect the power and ground wires. Ensure the gauge is properly connected to the existing OEM fuel level sending unit.
4. Secure the Gauges: Carefully insert each gauge into the corresponding openings in the new dash panel and secure them from the back.
5. Verify Connections: Double-check all wire connections to ensure they are secure and correct.
6. Restore Power: Reconnect the vehicle’s power.
7. Test the Gauges: Start the vehicle and observe the gauges to ensure they are functioning correctly and providing accurate readings.
