Description
The Speedhut 4″ EV AEM -200-1200Amp/40-180F Motor Temp Gauge (FAE4-DG8-EV) offers precise monitoring of your electric vehicle’s motor amperage and temperature in a single, convenient 4-inch unit. Designed for seamless integration with AEM (Advanced Engine Management) systems via CAN-Bus at a 500K baud rate, this gauge provides real-time data to help you optimize power consumption and ensure safe operating temperatures. The built-in warning light adds an extra layer of safety, alerting you to potential overheating issues.
KEY FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
- Dual Monitoring: Simultaneously displays electric motor amperage (from -200 to 1200 amps, indicating both draw and regeneration) and motor temperature (from 40 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Enhanced Safety: Features an integrated warning light that activates when the motor temperature exceeds 160°F, providing a clear visual alert.
- AEM System Compatibility: Specifically engineered to communicate with AEM systems using the CAN-Bus protocol at a 500K baud rate, ensuring accurate and reliable data transmission.
- Space-Saving Design: The 4-inch format combines two essential readings into one gauge, minimizing dashboard clutter.
- Real-Time Feedback: Provides immediate and continuous data on critical motor parameters, allowing for informed driving and maintenance decisions.
