HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Speedometer: Secure the gauge in the designated 3.28-inch (83mm) hole using the provided spin-lock ring.
- Connect the Wiring Harnesses:
- Connect the 8 ft programmable speedometer wire harness to the appropriate terminals on the back of the speedometer.
- Connect the 3 ft power & lighting harness to the speedometer for power and LED illumination.
- Connect to the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS): Wire the programmable speedometer harness to your vehicle’s speed sensor using your vehicle’s wiring diagram and Speedhut’s instructions.
- Calibration: Drive a known distance (typically 1–2 miles) and follow the calibration procedure to set pulses per mile from your VSS.
- Verify Accuracy: Use a GPS app or similar device to confirm accuracy at different speeds and make adjustments if needed.
