HOW TO USE:

1. Prepare the Mounting Location: Choose a suitable location on your vehicle’s dashboard or instrument panel that can accommodate a 2.67-inch (68mm) diameter hole.
2. Drill the Hole: Carefully drill the 2.67-inch (68mm) mounting hole.
3. Install the Gauge Mounting Ring: Place the included mounting ring into the drilled hole.
4. Insert the Gauge: Insert the Speedhut EGT gauge into the mounting ring from the front.
5. Secure the Gauge: Tighten the mounting ring from the back to secure the gauge in place.
6. Install the EGT Probe: Mount the EGT/Ultra Low Type K Probe in the exhaust manifold or pipe at a location recommended for accurate temperature readings. Ensure the 9-foot braided steel line reaches the gauge.
7. Connect the Probe: Connect the wiring from the EGT probe to the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge. Refer to the gauge’s wiring diagram for correct connections.
8. Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to a suitable power source in your vehicle (typically 12V) and to the designated terminals on the back of the gauge to power the gauge and its LED illumination.
9. Test the Gauge: Start your vehicle and observe the gauge to ensure it is receiving power and displaying temperature readings correctly as the engine warms up.
