These rugged, heavy-duty stock feeders are equipped with continuous-duty motors that transfer power from the gearbox to the feed roller via a roller chain and sprockets. This design offers superior positive feeding for a variety of materials. The fully adjustable support columns feature movable universal joints and robust locking mechanisms that secure the feeder in horizontal, vertical, or angled positions. The bodies, bases, and universal joints are constructed from solid cast iron, ensuring stability and vibration-free operation while feeding. Additionally, the innovative roller system enables cost-saving wheel changes by allowing replacement of just the tire rather than the entire assembly, unlike other units.
