These MERV 7 Plus Carbon filters are made of dual-layer media, fusing MERV-rated pleated material with an activated carbon layer that helps eliminate odors while trapping airborne dust and particles for fresher, cleaner air. The activated carbon attracts and holds odorous gases and VOCs while maintaining excellent airflow. Built with a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame and reinforced with a metal mesh support grid, these filters feature permanently electrostatically charged media that acts like a magnet for dust. The anti-microbial filter media prevents bacteria and mold growth for a healthier indoor environment. Comparable to MPR 600 filters, these provide reliable air quality improvement.
