Nordic Pure 14x25x1M13+C-24 Pleated Air Filters MERV 13 Plus Carbon 24 Pack – 14x25x1 are made of electrostatically charged synthetic materials with an added flat panel infused with activated charcoal to attract and capture airborne particulates in your home. These filters help eliminate unwanted odors while trapping most airborne dust and particulate matter for fresh, clean air. Odorous gases and vapors (VOC) are attracted to and held by the activated carbon material while maintaining excellent airflow. All Nordic Pure pleated air filters feature a heavy duty, moisture resistant beverage board frame and a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for extra durability. The permanently electrostatically charged material acts like a magnet to help dust cling to the filter. The anti-microbial filter media inhibits the growth of bacteria and mold, creating a healthier environment. MERV 13 Plus Carbon filters are comparable to filters rated MPR 2200-2400. We recommend changing the air filter every 30-90 days for maximum efficiency and economy.
