Nordic Pure 14x24x1PM10C-24 Furnace Air Filters MERV 10 Pleated Plus Carbon 24 Pack – 14x24x1 are constructed with a dual-layer media combining MERV 10 filtration with an activated carbon layer. This design effectively captures airborne particles while also eliminating unwanted odors and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The pleated electrostatically charged media acts like a magnet for dust, while the activated carbon attracts and holds odorous gases and vapors. These filters are manufactured with a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame and reinforced with a metal mesh support grid for added durability. Nordic Pure MERV 10 Plus Carbon filters are comparable to MPR 900–1000 rated filters and include antimicrobial properties to help prevent the growth of bacteria and mold on the filter surface.
