- This Tool is used to extract the broken porcelain from broken spark plugs in 2003 to current Ford Triton Engines
- In some cases the porcelain will break off in the sleeve and will need to be extracted in order for the 39100 to function effectively
- Unlike other tools that tell you to push the porcelain through the sleeve (Ford says specifically not to do this), this tool adheres to the porcelain using a special perma-bond and then allows a user to extract the broken porcelain from the sleeve
