Nordic Pure 14x30x1PM8C-4 Furnace Air Filters MERV 8 Pleated Plus Carbon 4 Pack – 14x30x1 are made with dual-layer media where the MERV 8 rated material is fused with an activated carbon layer. This design helps eliminate unwanted odors while trapping airborne dust and particulate matter for fresh, clean air. The activated carbon adsorbs odorous gases and VOCs while maintaining excellent airflow. All Nordic Pure pleated filters are constructed with a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame and reinforced with a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for extra durability. The permanently electrostatically charged media attracts dust like a magnet. These MERV 8 Plus Carbon filters are comparable to filters rated MPR 800. We recommend changing your air filter every 30–90 days to maintain peak efficiency and air quality.
