Designed with dust collection efficiency in mind, Jetstream technology pulls dust effortlessly through the pad into your connectedvacuum, leaving your work space nearly dust free.
A “non-dummy” switch easily keeps the sander on at all times, and a sensor setting can be enabled to keep the sander from turning on until your vac hose is connected. A pad brake gives a fast spin down which saves both time and your work piece when setting down the tool.
Variable speeds are 6,000 to 10,000 rpm. Weight is 2.6 lbs. Includes a Systainer storage case.
If you already own a Festool Dust Extractor, consider the optional anti-static, tapered dust hoses with sleeve and power cord. A durable fabric sleeve encases the power cord and dust hose together for tangle free movement and keeps the dust hose ribbing from marring your work. The hoses taper in diameter at the tool end for increased maneuverability.
