HOW TO USE:

1. Mount the Gauge: Choose a suitable location in your vehicle and create a 2.062-inch (52mm) diameter hole. Secure the gauge in the hole using the included mounting ring.
2. Install the EGT Probe: Identify a suitable location in your exhaust manifold, ideally as close to the cylinder head as possible. Drill and tap a hole to accommodate the K-type thermocouple probe. Ensure the probe is securely installed.
3. Connect the Probe: Connect the wiring from the K-type thermocouple probe to the corresponding terminals on the back of the EGT gauge. Refer to the gauge’s wiring diagram for correct connections.
4. Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Connect the 3-foot power and lighting harness to a suitable 12V power source in your vehicle, a ground connection, and the vehicle’s lighting circuit if you desire the gauge to illuminate with your headlights.
5. Test the Gauge: Once all connections are made, start your vehicle and observe the gauge readings. Ensure the gauge powers on and the temperature readings appear to be within a reasonable range based on your engine’s operating conditions.
