Oneway Lathe Tailstock Swinger

The tailstock swinger makes it easier to you to get the tailstock out of the way when you’re not using it. Just slide the tailstock onto the swinger extension and then “swing” the tailstock to the back of the lathe bed. It’s much easier than removing the tailstock by hand. (The tailstock on a 1640 weight 30lbs and the tailstock on a 2000-series lathe wieghs about 50 lbs.)

Mounting

The tailstock swinger mounts permanently to the end of the lathe bed. It cannot be mounted to a bed extension attached to the lathe. It cannot be mounted to an extension moutned to the outboard side of the lathe.

The tailstock swingers are made specifically for the Oneway lathes listed and cannot be used on other lathes or models.)
