Ice Bear 10,000 Grit Waterstone
The Ice Bear 10,000 grit polishing stone hones tools to a level of fineness formerly achievable only with automotive rubbing compounds or diamond paste. On the scale used to measure particle size in Japanese waterstones, 10,000 works out to less than a micron! Use it like our other polishing stones—splash on some water, work up a paste with the included nagura stone, and go to work. For the finest possible polish, let the surface of the stone “run dry” for the last few strokes.
