• Install Throttle Body: Mount the gold 4-barrel throttle body onto the intake manifold. Connect the throttle position sensor (TPS) and idle air control (IAC) motor.
• Install Sensors: Install the included oxygen sensor in the exhaust system, the MAP sensor, and the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor in their designated locations.
• Connect Wiring Harness: Route and connect the FiTech wiring harness to the ECU and all the installed sensors and actuators. Ensure all connections are secure and correct.
• Install ECU: Mount the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) in a suitable location within the vehicle.
• Initial Setup with Handheld: Connect the 4.5-inch handheld display to the ECU and follow the on-screen prompts for initial setup, including engine parameters and fuel type.
• Fuel System Setup: Install a compatible high-pressure fuel pump, fuel lines, and a fuel pressure regulator (not included) according to FiTech’s recommendations.
