Double Bevel Sloyd Hook Knife – KN51is ideal for carving spoons, bowls, ladles and other deep hollowed work. It features a double-sided blade with a square, sharpened end. For added strength, the tang of each knife extends completely through the beautifully conditioned Cherry hardwood handle. It also features a brass ferrule for added stability. The overall length of this knife is 8-1/2″ with a radius of 3/4″.
