The new PM2700 Shaper offers more features than any other shaper in its class. It features an extra-large, precision-ground cast iron table measuring 30″ x 40″. This table includes a heavy-duty miter gauge with an aluminum extruded support. 

One of the standout features is the built-in, retractable omnidirectional caster system (patent pending) that can be stored inside the base when not in use. Additionally, a quick-release lever enables fast speed and belt changes, enhancing convenience for users.

The extruded aluminum fence is designed with several T-slots, allowing you to mount a wooden face to create a no-clearance surface around any shaper or router bit. This fence also allows it to be quickly moved close to its final position, locked in place, and then used with the precision micro-adjustments on each side of the cutter for exact positioning.

To further enhance accuracy, the PM2700 includes a digital readout for spindle height adjustments. This feature allows for precise changes within .001″, which is critical when aligning rail and stile cutters for raised panel doors.
