Fused-alumina pocket ceramic stones combine excellent efficiency with great convenience for sharpening pocket knives, carving tools, and many other compact cutting tools.The stones can be used dry, requiring a simple scrub with household abrasive cleanser when surfaces get filled with debris.Wetting the stones with water during use and a quick rinse when you’re done effectively retards build-up.If you prefer the hard surface typical of Arkansas stones but wouldn’t mind sharpening a whole lot faster, ceramic stones will please you mightily.Medium ceramic stones are about 800 grit and fine stones are about 1200 grit. Pocket stones measure 1″ x 5″ x 1/8″ each. Provided with a fitted leather pouch.
