HOW TO USE:

• Preparation: Disconnect the vehicle’s battery. Remove the existing intake manifold and fuel system.
• Installation: Install the FiTech intake manifold onto the LS engine, ensuring proper gasket placement.
• Fuel System Setup: Mount the in-tank fuel pump module and connect fuel lines to the fuel rails and pressure regulator.
• Throttle Body and Injectors: Attach the 102mm throttle body to the intake manifold. Install the 80 lb./hr. injectors into the fuel rails.
• Wiring Harness and Sensors: Connect the wiring harness to the ECU and all sensors (MAP, IAT, TPS, IAC, WBO2, Knock). Connect the ignition coils.
• ECU and Display: Mount the ECU and connect the 4.5-inch color touchscreen display.
• Initial Setup: Reconnect the vehicle’s battery. Follow the on-screen instructions on the display for initial setup and calibration.
• Testing and Tuning: Start the engine and monitor performance. Use the self-learning feature or manually adjust settings as needed.
