Description
PC + ABS is used in applications where you need the strength and heat resistance of polycarbonate (PC) and the flexibility of ABS (acrylonitryle butadiene styrene). PC-ABS blends are used in many different applications. PC ABS is used for 3D printing, too. In automotive applications, PC+ABS was used for years on Saturn Door Panels. It is also commonly used for consoles, glove boxes, instrument panels, amonth others. In non-automotive applications, you will find PC+ABS used to make TV frames, mobile phone bodies, LCD panels, flashlights, and other applications where heat resistance and impact resistance are needed. “Pulse” is one brand name for PC+ABS. You might also see PC + ABS brand names “Bayblend” and “Cycoloy”. This package contains 30 feet (9.1m) of PC/ABS plastic welding rod. Each rod measures 12 inches (30 cm) long, and is 1/8th inch (3 mm) diameter and there are 30 rods per pack.
