HOW TO USE:

1. Prepare the Workpiece: Ensure the item to be pressed is clean and free of debris. Position it correctly on the pressing plates or appropriate tooling.
2. Adjust Bed Height: Use the winch system to raise or lower the press bed to the desired working height. Ensure the bed pins are securely seated in the frame holes.
3. Position Workpiece: Place your workpiece and any necessary fixtures or pressing plates onto the press bed, ensuring stable and centered alignment under the ram.
4. Lower Ram (Initial Contact): Use the two-speed hand pump to quickly lower the ram until it makes initial contact with the workpiece or fixture.
5. Apply Force: Connect an air compressor to the air/hydraulic pump. Operate the air/hydraulic pump to apply pressing force smoothly and gradually. Monitor the frame-mounted hydraulic pressure gauge to apply the required pressure.
6. Release Pressure: Once the pressing operation is complete, slowly open the pressure release valve to retract the ram.
