The activated carbon attracts and holds odorous gases and VOCs while maintaining excellent airflow. These filters feature a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame and a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for extra durability. The permanently electrostatically charged media acts like a magnet to capture dust and particulate matter. Comparable to air filters rated MPR 600, these MERV 7 Plus Carbon filters are recommended to be changed every 30 to 90 days to maintain optimal air quality and HVAC efficiency.
