HOW TO USE:

1. Mount the Gauge: Secure the 2-5/8″ gauge in the desired location using the spin-lock ring. Ensure the mounting hole is approximately 2.67 inches (68mm) in diameter.
2. Install the Pressure Sensor: Mount the included 30 PSI pressure sensor in the vehicle’s fuel system at a suitable test port or connection point.
3. Connect the Wiring Harnesses:
   • Connect the 3-Wire Cable from the pressure sensor to the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge.
   • Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the power and ground sources in your vehicle, as well as to the gauge for illumination.
4. Set the Warning Light (Initial Setup):
   • With the gauge powered off, press and hold the button on the back.
   • While holding the button, power the gauge on. Release the button when the warning light illuminates.
   • The gauge pointer will move slowly. Press the button at your desired low-pressure warning point. The LED will blink to confirm.
   • The pointer will then move to the high end. Press the button at your desired high-pressure warning point. The LED will blink to confirm.
5. Monitor Fuel Pressure: Once installed and powered, the gauge will display the real-time fuel pressure within the 0-15 PSI range. Observe the readings during vehicle operation.
6. Heed Warning Light: If the fuel pressure goes above or below your set points, the warning light will illuminate, indicating a potential issue that requires attention.
