Description
Every woodworker needs screwdrivers in the shop. Why not have a really nice, good-looking set?
These screwdrivers from Narex have a hardened, chrome-plated steel shaft that runs the all the way through the handle of the screwdriver and will withstand light impacts. (Don’t use a 2 pound hammer, but if you need to seat the screwdriver in a worn Phillips head screw, this is really handy.) At the base of the handle, the shaft has a hex-shaped fitting. If you have an especially difficult to remove screw, you can put a wrench on the hex to generate extra torque.
The stained birch handles are triangular so you can get a good grip and they won’t roll off your bench.
We offer the screwdrivers in Phillips (#2 & #3); Robertson-Square Drive(#3); and Slotted (4.5mm -11/64″, 5.5mm – 7/32″ & 7mm – 9/32″).
